Our Policy and Commitment

At Ashley, we are committed to accessibility. As part of that commitment, we are making efforts to ensure that Ashley's digital properties are accessible to all people, regardless of their abilities. In doing so, Ashley aims to comply with applicable accessibility standards, including those outlined in the W3C's WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Digital Accessibility Statement

We are working to ensure that our websites and online services are accessible to everyone and are committed to following the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and other applicable web accessibility laws.

To achieve this, we have partnered with Level Access to leverage their technology and 25 years of experience in achieving and maintaining compliance with accessibility standards. Their digital accessibility platform is used to assess our digital properties against best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users with disabilities. Furthermore, the platform goes beyond minimum compliance requirements by offering an assistive customer experience technology app for customers who have difficulty typing, gesturing, using a mouse, or reading. The app is free to download and incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, speech recognition, voice enablement, hands-free/touchless navigation, and more.

Through this partnership, Ashley continues to develop our digital accessibility program and capabilities so that we are designing, developing, and testing our websites and online services to meet accessibility standards.
