Delivery Methods
The size and weight of your online purchase are factors that help determine the most efficient delivery method.
Standard Shipping
We ship smaller, lighter items via courier or mail (e.g., UPS or FedEx). Items may require assembly. You will be notified as soon as your order ships. Available shipping options will be indicated in your shopping cart, but generally include 1-day and 2-day delivery. If 1-day delivery is available for an order, it is expected to be delivered within 1 business day after it has been shipped and picked up by the courier. If 2-day delivery is available for an order, it is expected to be delivered within 2 business days after it has been shipped and picked up by the courier. We encourage you to review the shipping rates listed in your shopping cart before submitting your order.
White Glove Delivery
If you select Personalized Service Delivery, your items will be delivered, placed in the room of your choice, and assembled if necessary. Packaging materials will be removed. The delivery team will not move or remove any existing furniture or fixtures. To prepare for your delivery, please see our pre-delivery tips. You will be contacted within two days of placing your order to schedule your delivery.
White glove delivery fees are set by the team delivering your order and may vary from market to market. We recommend reviewing the delivery fees listed in your shopping cart before submitting your order. Note: Additional fees may apply for deliveries above or below the front floor, or for other unusual circumstances.
Please arrange for an adult to be present when the truck arrives. A person 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery, acknowledging receipt of the items, their inspection, and confirmation that they are in good condition. Delivery personnel will not carry furniture up to three flights of stairs. An additional fee may apply if no one is home when the delivery team arrives. If delivery is not completed within 14 days of the originally scheduled delivery date, the order may be considered canceled. Door-to-door delivery.
Home Delivery
If you select home delivery, your items will be delivered in their original packaging to your door. For apartment or condominium deliveries, items will be placed outside your unit, in the building lobby, or at the property office. A person 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery, acknowledging receipt, inspection, and confirmation that the items are in good condition. This service does not include assembly, installation, or removal of packaging materials. Delivery personnel will not carry furniture more than three flights of stairs.
Please note that it is your responsibility to move the furniture from the delivery area inside your home. You will also be responsible for assembling and installing the furniture, unpacking it, and disposing of all packing materials. Any damage resulting from moving or assembling the furniture within your home will also be your responsibility. Door-to-door delivery may not be available for all items or purchases.
Goods Collection
Merchandise pickup is available only at participating locations. If you select merchandise pickup, your items will be available for you to collect at one of our locations or warehouses. We can assist you with loading your items, but it is your responsibility to ensure they are properly loaded and secured. If your items are not available at the time of the sale, we will notify you when they are ready for pickup. At the time of pickup, you will sign an acknowledgment that you have received the items, inspected them, and found them to be in good condition.
