What is it?

If you find a lower price on Amazon.com for an identical product that is in stock, let us know and we'll match it.

Price equalization criteria
  • Sold by - The item must be sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com.
  • Identical item - The product is the same size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, and color.
  • In stock - The item must be available on the online retailer's website and on AshleyFurniture.com at the time of the price match request.
  • Other exclusions - Resale purchases and rain vouchers for items that are not currently in stock will not be eligible for price matching.
This is how it works
  • Send your price match request via chat with a live link to another online retailer's website showing the lower price.
  • We will then review and verify the price match request. Price match credit adjustments are reviewed and approved by customer service.
  • Requests will be processed after your item(s) have been delivered and after the final total has been charged to the payment method used for your order.
  • We'll send you a promotional code for 10% off your next purchase with us if you encounter a problem. Some exclusions apply.
